Position Overview: We are in search of a Sales Account Manager in Biotechnology (m/f/d) to contribute to our success in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new clientele
- Market and sell both capital equipment and consumables
- Negotiate and finalize contracts
- Provide technical and application support to clients
- Utilize and manage the CRM system
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and seminars
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of biotechnology, especially in mammalian cell culture with a focus on Upstream Process Manufacturing
- Fundamental understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Degree in Biotechnology, Cell Biology, or related disciplines, or equivalent experience as a Biological Laboratory Assistant
- 2-3 years of experience in the sales of complex products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and in an organized manner, showcasing a high level of self-management
- Customer-focused approach
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- Fluency in German (minimum C1 level) and strong English communication skills
