Primary Purpose

This role will be responsible for developing and growing profitable year-on-year sales in major accounts within the Central region. The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Creating and managing contact and opportunity activity through NOVO.
  • Growing profitable year-on-year sales in all major accounts in the portfolio.

In collaboration with the bid team and inside sales team(s), this role will coordinate account activity and support bid/tenders when opportunities are identified.

Key Accountabilities

  • Account management activity through direct customer contact and dealer liaison.
  • Using NOVO to manage account strategy, activity, and pipeline management.
  • Achieving bookings in line with agreed targets.
  • Attendance at team meetings.
  • Development of sales experience through mentoring with team co-members and attending customer visits.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Degree level, preferably in a business or marketing discipline.
  • 3-5 years' experience ideally in a sales/B2B environment.
  • Materials handling product knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Language skills (strong/native).
