**Hi there, we are Edgeless Systems**:
We are a German cybersecurity startup that develops leading open-source software for Confidential Computing. With our cloud platform Constellation, companies across industries ensure that data stays always encrypted - hackers, cloud admins and foreign governments can never get access. We are currently onboarding several large customers and recently closed a €5M seed funding round with outstanding investors. Join us in building something big in the deep-tech space.
As Head of Partnerships at Edgeless Systems, you play an important role in the company's success and work closely with our leadership team.

**Your mission**:
As Head of Partnerships at Edgeless Systems, you play an important role in the company's success and work closely with our leadership team.

You willIdentify suitable partners among cloud providers, system integrators and consultancies- Lead discussions on how to improve cloud security, offerings and go-to-market for partners, and drive integration partnerships- Build lasting relationships with partners by enabling, motivating them and ensuring they are "revenue ready"- Lead and drive partner engagement for cross-selling, co-selling and services delivery- Develop and implement strategies to accelerate revenue growth- Own pipeline and revenue numbers for partnerships

**Your profile**:
- Min. 5 years experience in partner development and management (or sales) for IT security or DevOps software, systems integrators and/or cloud service providers- Proven track record in managing partnerships and building channels that contribute to sustainable revenue growth- Existing relationships and a network in cyber security, DevOps and/or cloud- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (English and German)- Highly motivated and strong "can-do" attitude- B.Sc., M.Sc. or MBA- Desire to thrive in a dynamic and growing environment- Strong interest in technology (ideally cybersecurity and cloud)
