**Your Impact**
In order to succeed with this mission, we are looking for a Head of Partnerships (B2B Sales) (m/w/d) to support growth acceleration. Reporting directly into the founders and as a member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team with scalable processes in order to have significant business impact. Together with your team you will ensure outstanding sales growth. You will also support the team with complex negotiations and as the leader of the team, you will also be supporting your team members with their development. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a new market that is just gaining momentum in the B2B sector.
**Your Mission**
- Leading and building your team of high-performing sales experts and ensuring their professional development by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance to ensure personal growth and development
- Laying the foundation for the companies’ growth ambitions by shaping the sales strategy for the German and international market
- Developing go-to-market strategies and continuously acquiring new customers
- Building sustainable partnerships and continuously identifying upselling opportunities
- Working KPI oriented and developing a transparent reporting along the entire sales funnel
- Deriving measures for the strategic improvement of our sales organization in alignment with our business strategy

**Your Talent**
- Experience in high-performance environments, e. g. consulting, investment banking, VCs or startups with a proven track record
- Deep understanding of processes and best practices as well as a strong analytical mindset - you see the big picture before you make a decision
- Very high level of initiative together with a can-do and hands-on mentality
- Team player that values collaborative relationships at eye level
- Extensive leadership experience and skills enabling you to build scalable teams and processes
- Pragmatic, results-oriented and a strong growth mindset
- Outstanding communication style paired with an excellent persuasion skill set
