**The role**:
We are looking for a Brand Lead to join our brand organization and support both Strategic Partnerships and Experiences & Destination Marketing (EDM). It's a role central to GetYourGuide's key strategic initiatives:
- Developing and executing brand creatives for the world's top attractions and most-visited destinations.
- Scaling Supplier-Led Originals
- Leveraging our largest strategic and brand partnerships to build defensibility
You'll report directly to the Head of EDM and Strategic Partnerships with dotted line reporting to the Head of Brand. You will work closely with both Account Management teams within EDM and Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Business Operations, Channel Managers, Creative Studio, FP&A, and the Global Brand Team.
As a member of the Brand Team, you'll constantly help drive GetYourGuide's brand strategy while deepening relationships with our most important partners. You'll use customer insights and continually optimize your output and processes to ensure we're delivering — and over-delivering — on brand and marketing goals.
**You will**:
- **Strategy**:Develop the strategic framework required to connect and leverage Joint Marketing, Supplier Led Originals, and Strategic, and Brand Partnerships to support broad company initiatives. Work with the Head of Brand and Head of Strategic Partnerships and EDM to define overall strategy in accordance with the overall brand strategy; pivot and adapt strategy based on Account Lead feedback.
- **Team**:Work with, manage, and develop a team of Brand Managers to develop and execute the brand strategy within the Strategic Partnership and EDM teams. Offer brand consultation and help promote branding best practices across all touchpoints and teams; develop EDM brand managers; mentor EDM and SP brand managers and account managers on brand topics.
- **Analytics**:Work closely with Brand Analytics to improve reporting of SP and EDM campaign impact; use customer data and insights to inform your decisions and support ancillary teams in strengthening marketing pitches for partners
- **Processes**:Own and define the campaign management, reporting, and budget processes for all SP and EDM campaigns; continually work to improve and scale processes.
- **Marketing solution development**:Collaborate with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to identify opportunities for synergies across different teams; continuously develop new campaign solutions with team and marketing stakeholders that meet attraction partners' needs.
- **Brand Partnerships**: Identity, size, design, pitch, execute, and measure brand campaigns with some of the largest and most influential brands in the world to achieve brand goals
- **Campaign management**:Oversee the development and execution of brand
- and performance-led campaigns for top attraction partners
- **Budget**:Manage projects, set budgets, coordinate resources, create project timelines, and manage internal project communication to deliver impactful, on-brand creative
- **Reporting**:Create visibility over SP and EDM impact and activations across the wider Brand team; report on Brand KPIs and OKRs and iterate to maximize the impact of SP and EDM initiatives.
**Who you are**:
- 5-7 years of brand management experience, ideally gained in an e-commerce or travel environment.
- Excellent understanding of online and offline marketing channels and how to measure them
- Analytical and highly capable of using research and KPIs to inform strategic decisions
- Ability to develop robust brand goals for your initiatives and report on progress towards KPIs to senior management; recommend adjustments when necessary
- The ability to work independently, managing your projects to budget and deadline with little supervision
- Affinity for brand and design; able to brief and provide feedback on creative work
- Communicative, open to feedback, and a predisposition to take ownership
- You have a fluent command of English. Fluency in FR, DE, IT, ES is a plus.
