What you’ll do & Who you are
In close collaboration with the Mobility Strategy Director and the Head of Adevinta Mobility, you will build and grow the partnerships team for Adevinta's pan-European Mobility vertical. You will develop a partnership strategy to position Adevinta Mobility as an ecosystem partner in the automotive industry. Building on your strong network, you will build relationships with senior management at OEMs, Captives, Retail partners, B2B players, and additional partners along the value chain. You will incubate new initiatives and establish the right global or local set-up to drive meaningful partnerships and partner projects on a global scale.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will own the strategic head-office level relationships for our key partners (e.g. OEMs, financial institutions, partner companies)
- You will develop partnership strategy to establish Adevinta Mobility as an ecosystem partner in the automotive industry and grow revenue
- You will identify new partnership opportunities that will advance the Adevinta Mobility strategy
- Also, you will provide expert consultative support to our partners and collaborate with them to create innovative business solutions
- You will work closely with cross-functional and cross-market leaders to further advance their objectives through the growth and success of established partnerships while establishing a partnership management structure across Adevinta Mobility markets and build a Mobility partnerships team
- You will create compelling stories using data and insights that can be combined with actionable solutions delivered directly to senior management within a partner
- You gained strong background in automotive retail (OEM, captive, or OEM owned retail experience preferred)
- You have proven experience in dealing with senior management within OEMs, financial institutions, B2B players, etc.
- You also have excellent connections into multiple automotive OEMs senior management teams
- You gained proven success in retaining and growing revenue within a complex and multifaceted sales environment and also successfully building cross-company partnerships yielding in win-win relationships
- You have strong understanding and experience in the Automotive industry as a whole
- You have fast apprehension, personal engagement, excellent logical, analytical and strategic skills
- You are a strong Communicator and Leader with the ability to build, lead and motivate high-performing teams while also building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- You are a team player, down-to-earth, a pragmatic personality and you are able to work highly independently within a matrix organisation
- You have excellent English language skills, German and/or French is a plus
