**About the Team & Business Line**:
Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.

After a recent change in staff, our office in Frankfurt is undergoing a reset. The office has a young, international team that is growing fast and works with enthusiasm on Citco’s German success story. You will have the unique chance to participate in the development of the further growth of the office and to effectively design and structure the day-to/day workflows. As a valuable member of our Office Overhead team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, such as the MD, and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

**Your Role**:

- Providing administrative and analytical support directly to the Managing Directors, Directors and Senior VP’s.
- Design, set-up and handle day-to-day workflows and the office administration
- Handling of day-to-day basic administration work related to clients closely collaborating with the senior team in Frankfurt
- Responsible for preparing correspondence, presentations and reports using various software packages
- Critically review presentations as well as design and coordination of various materials for presentations (slides, agendas, minutes, follow up, etc.)
- Prioritize and redirect mail and telephone calls as appropriate
- Assist MD and senior staff in monthly performance review
- Book all travel arrangements and complete expense reports
- Provide full administrative support including photocopying, faxing, scanning, etc.
- Assist with special projects as required

**About You**:

- You have 2 years’ previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role within a Finance environment preferred
- You have a college diploma and/or university degree or educational certificate
- You speak and write in English and German fluently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook at an intermediate level
- Proven ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast paced environment
- Superior organizational skills and being open for taking over a lead role in setting-up the office organization
- High degree of detail orientation
- Strong oral and written business communication skills
- High level of professionalism and the ability to deal effectively with all levels in the organization
