Customer Engagement Success Specialist

Drive the creation, deployment, and monitoring of Value Engineering practices. As a Customer Engagement Success Specialist (M/F/d), you'll guide Sales, Deal Value Engineers, and Legal teams to enhance complex customer engagements' value, speed, quality, and profitability while ensuring compliance with our processes.
Please note that this position is limited to 24 months due to parental leave.
**Responsibilities**:
- Guide Deal Core Teams in framing non-standard and strategic Customer Engagements early on.
- Support Deal Core Teams in developing tailored offers and validating non-standard contractual terms.
- Identify and mitigate global risks to protect large deal economies and foster sales replication.
- Approve final contractual frameworks before delivery to the Customer.
- Document business practices and create references for non-standard contracts.
- Define and deploy processes/ and tools for complex proposal construction and validation.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role in an international environment
- Structured and analytical thinking
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
