Aufgaben

**Als Head of Operations & Supply Chain Koordinator**: in verantwortest Du unser gesamtes Supply Chain Team. Du sorgst dafür, dass dein Team alles hat, was es benötigt, um in unserer Supply Chain die Produktion, Lagerhaltung und den Versand unserer fruchtigen Snacks bis zur Haustüre des Kunden einwandfrei abzuwickeln und für Wow-Momente beim Kunden zu sorgen.

Durch Deine kommunikative Kompetenz, Deine analytische und weitsichtige Herangehensweise führst Du unser Supply Chain Department und hast unsere wichtigen Partnerschaften und Termine im Blick. Mit Deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe, Proaktivität und Führungskompetenz begeisterst Du uns
- Mitarbeiterverantwortung: Du sorgst dafür, dass dein Team motiviert und leistungsfähig ist sowie gesund und entsprechend des Wachstums von buah wächst.
- Produktionsplanung und -steuerung: Du erstellst Reporting Dashboards, sorgst für gesicherte Datenqualität, überwachst die Produktionskennzahlen, identifizierst Probleme und leitest Verbesserungen ein.
- Lieferantenmanagement: Du übernimmst das Scouting, Verhandlungen und On-/Offboarding von Co-Packer, Fulfillment und Carrier. Du bist dafür verantwortlich, dass Lieferantenbeziehungen gepflegt, Lieferanten auditiert und die Lieferperformance gemessen wird.
- Lieferkettenmanagement: Du entwickelst Strategien um die Lieferketten zu optimieren.
- Projektmanagement: Du begleitest Erstproduktionen und optimierst Produktionsprozesse.
- Customer Excellence: Du stellst sicher, dass alle Kundenanliegen effektiv und effizient gelöst werden und bist das Sprachrohr der Kunden.

Qualifikation

WAS DU IM GEPÄCK HAST
- Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im Bereich Operations & Supply Chain, bestenfalls im E-Commerce Food-Bereich (D2C)
- Mitarbeiterführung: Du hast bereits ein Team von mindestens 3 Mitarbeiter: innen geführt
- Analytische Fähigkeiten: Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, Daten zu analysieren, Trends zu erkennen und Entscheidungen auf der Grundlage von Daten zu treffen
- Projektmanagement: Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, komplexe Projekte zu planen, zu organisieren und durchzuführen
- Kommunikation und Teamarbeit: Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Teams zu kommunizieren und effektiv zusammenzuarbeiten, um eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Unternehmens sicherzustellen.
- Führung: Eine deiner Hauptstärken ist es, dein Team zu zu Bestleistungen zu befähigen und zu motivieren.
- Problemlösungsfähigkeiten: Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, schnell auf unvorhergesehene Herausforderungen zu reagieren, alternative Lösungen zu finden und kritische Entscheidungen zu treffen
