Auf den ersten Blick nicht als Notruf zu erkennen, ermöglicht sie Nutzer\*innen, ab sofort immer und überall unkompliziert Hilfe zu rufen. Damit sorgen wir für die Extraportion Sicherheit und retten im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes Leben. Die Patronus-Uhr selbst ist jedoch nur der Türöffner. Sie gibt uns die Chance, zahlreiche weitere wegweisende Produkte zu entwickeln, die das Leben älterer Menschen sowie deren Angehöriger und Pflegepersonen verbessern. Unsere Vision ist es, die enormen Möglichkeiten der modernen Technologie zu nutzen, um unserer Kundschaft die beste Gesundheitsversorgung zu bieten. Dein Einfluss

Um unsere Vision verwirklichen und unser Wachstum kontinuierlich vorantreiben zu können, suchen wir derzeit einen Head of Operations (x/f/m). Du berichtest direkt an unsere VP Commercial und erhältst bei uns die Möglichkeit, unsere Operations Roadmap zu definieren und umzusetzen. Mit deinem Team entwickelst du eine skalierbare, langfristige Strategie für die Operations-Abteilung, die darauf abzielt, Kundenzufriedenheit zu maximieren. Die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit erreichst du, indem du eng mit anderen Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Produktentwicklung und Marketing zusammenarbeitest.

Deine Mission
- Du definierst und setzt unsere Operations Strategie um
- Du steigerst die Produktivität, in dem du skalierbare Prozesse definierst und in Operations-Initiativen umsetzt
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertrieb, Marketing und Produkt zusammen, um Optimierungspotenziale zu identifizieren und ganzheitliche Lösungen umzusetzen
- Du übersetzt operative Probleme in eine klare Problemstellung, erstellst und testest Hypothesen, um Handlungsempfehlungen vorzubereiten und diese dann operativ umzusetzen
- Du implementierst skalierbare Operations Tools (vom Kauf bis zur Inbetriebnahme) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem RevOps-Team
- Du führst das Operations Team und entwickelst deine Teammitglieder stetig weiter

Dein Talent
- Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss (oder höher) in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Du bringst +5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in performance-orientierten Umgebungen mit, z. B. Consulting, Investment Banking, VCs oder Scaleups/ Startups
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung von Operations Teams
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (Salesforce)
- Du hast ein stark ausgeprägtes analytisches und technisches Denkvermögen und sicher im Umgang mit Zahlen
- Du bringst hohe Expertise im Umgang mit Stakeholdern mit
- Du bist datengetrieben, pragmatisch & ergebnisorientiert
- Du bringst extrem hohe Empathie und Führungserfahrung mit
