**Your mission**:
Quantica is an additive manufacturing technology company that has developed its own printhead technology. Our novel printhead technology enables professionals to print using functional materials previously deemed impossible.

Quantica´s headquarters is located in Berlin at Innovationspark Wuhlheide. We employ people from a multitude of disciplines, such as print head engineers, material scientists, physicists, mechanical engineers, electronic engineers, software developers, system engineers as well as business and marketing specialists. As our team comes from diverse backgrounds and from all five continents our most used and default language is English.

**Your profile**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Build and execute the company’s financial and operational strategy
- Take 360 finance responsibility (either directly or via staff) for all cash management, book keeping, insurance, budgeting, funding, and reporting
- Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives
- Lead and build an operational structure for our two offices in Berlin and Barcelona to efficiently build our product and enable faster product development and day-to-day operations
- Manage the Supply chain activities with our supplier ecosystem in a lean and efficient way
- Work closely with the People and Culture lead to shape our organizational culture and drive our people strategy and related processes
- Oversee the teams in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and People and Culture
- Monitor business performance with tracking tools and establish corrective measures as needed so the company can achieve its ambitious goals

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor or Master´s degree in Business Administration or Finance
- Proven leadership record and 5+ years experience in executive leadership roles
- Excellent language skills in German and English; basic knowledge of Spanish is a plus (not mandatory)
- Willing to be present in Berlin with regular (max 20%) travel to Barcelona

- International work experience
- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
- Basic experience in supply chain management; purchasing or operations
- Agile mindset and workstyle in a startup environment scaling into industrial business
