Your New Job At Us - For the Next Possible Time

We are seeking an assistant to the CEO (all genders) - part-time: 20 - 30 hours per week (hybrid work), who can support our business. This role requires an individual with a broad range of skills, including excellent communication skills, a strong ability to prioritize, and a deep understanding of how businesses work. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the CEO with strategic decisions and tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
Tasks
- General administration and organization of the CEO’s daily business
- Creating and managing reports
- Planning and organizing meetings and events
- Preparing presentations and other materials
- Managing calendars, schedules, and travel
- Assisting with projects
- Being the first contact person for internal and external communications

**Requirements**:

- Come to the office when it is needed (Cologne-based residence or close is required)
- High level of organizational skills and proficiency in working with MS (PPP, EXCEL, Word, etc)
- Ability to work under pressure and not lose the overview
- Basic interest in IT topics (Engineering, IT, Programming and AI)
- Economic or commercial apprenticeship
- You are proficient in a quick grasp of information and able to work independently and efficiently
- In addition, you should have good communication skills (English and German) and you can easily relate to colleagues and customers

**We offer a two-step recruitment process**:
Step 1 - First video call - We would like to know more about your mindset, your skills and your expectation

Step 2 - If the first interview was OK for both sides, we will invite you to a technical interview. An expert will join that interview to have a technical conversation with you. Depending on the position the technical interview can also include programming tasks. For us, it is important to create a realistic environment within the recruitment process. This is helpful and useful for both sides to get a better orientation

After the second step was successful we will make an offer to you
