Your roles and responsibilities:

- Preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal/external meetings including invitations, calendar booking, agenda preparation, reports and minutes and organization of corresponding locations
- Independent coordination of business travel management, expense reporting, invoicing, contract/document processing as well as general office management
- Tracking and control of action points, resubmissions, deadlines, appointments, etc.
- Active support in preparatory accounting and budget management for several cost centers and projects
- Monitor cost center management for the GCB department
- Maintain the supplier database for GCB core suppliers
- Active participation in selected projects and assumption of ad-hoc special tasks
- Preparation and support the creation of presentation materials / decision papers
- Effective coordination of decision-making processes at top management level and being the professional interface between all stakeholders globally involved

**Your profile and qualifications**:

- Successfully completed business related studies or professional training as a foreign language/European Secretary, Management Assistant or commercial vocational training
- Several years of proven relevant experience as an Assistant at top management level; preferable in the systems engineering industry or consulting environment
- Ability to work independently, accurately, always reliable and demonstrate extraordinary flexibility with ad-hoc tasks
- Excellent communication skills paired with a passion for teamwork, balanced assertiveness to meet timelines if needed
- Interpersonal/intercultural sensitivity towards all kinds of different conversation partners
- Open, positive, customer-oriented charisma and professional business presence
- Business fluent in German and English, verbally and in writing
- Professional MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to GEA processes and tools (SAP etc.)
- Willingness to work several days per week in the Düsseldorf office
