Der Service Level Support Specialist (m/w/d) ist die Rückfallebene für alle technischen Anfragen von Kunden oder Außendiensttechnikern. Er/sie springt ein, wenn Probleme während des Betriebs, der Wartung oder der Inbetriebnahme von Nieder
- oder Mittelspannungsantrieben auftreten. Als Teil des technischen Rückgrats der deutschen Serviceorganisation leistet der Level 2 Support Specialist Input zu Qualität, technischer Dokumentation und hilft bei der Erstellung von Wartungskonzepten sowie Inbetriebnahmehandbüchern. Er/sie führt aktiv Schulungen durch und nimmt an Inbetriebnahmen zu Schulungszwecken teil.

**Tätigkeiten**

**Support**:

- Ausführung des globalen technischen L2-Supports für Kunden und GE-Außendiensttechniker
- Technische Projektunterstützung in Leistungselektronik und Antriebstechnik für Nieder
- und Mittelspannungsumrichter
- Durchführung einer 24/7-Rufbereitschaft
- Teilnahme an Inbetriebnahmen vor Ort aus Schulungs
- und Schulungsgründen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen z.B. Wartungsrichtlinien und Handbücher oder CTCs (Customer Technical Communications)

**Inbetriebnahmeunterstützung**:

- Erstellung von Inbetriebnahmehandbüchern und Richtlinien in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering
- Überwachung der One OTR Meilensteine „ready to ship“ und „ready to Commission“ in Zusammenarbeit mit dem regionalen Commissioning Manager

**Qualitätskontrolle**:

- Überwachung von Service
- und Inbetriebnahmeberichten aus dem Feld
- Identifizierung und Überwachung von Flotten-, Serien
- und Sicherheitsproblemen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung technischer Lösungen für Flotten-, Serien
- und Sicherheitsfragen

**Training and Education**:

- Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Schulungskonzepten und Dokumentationsmaterial für Nieder
- und Mittelspannungsantriebssysteme
- Selbstständige Durchführung von Schulungen für niedrige und mittlere Antriebssysteme

**Qualifikationen/Anforderungen**:

- Studium der Elektrotechnik mit den Schwerpunkten Leistungselektronik, Elektrische Antriebstechnik oder Elektrische Energietechnik.
- Technische und fachliche Kenntnisse, einschließlich elektrischer Antriebstechnik, Stromrichtertechnik und zugehöriger Peripheriesysteme für Nieder
- und Mittelspannungsantriebe
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
