Lead Customer Success and Experience

**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Du leitest eigenverantwortlich und zielorientiert unser wachsendes CRM & Customer Service Team (derzeit: 5 Mitarbeiter)
- Du entwickelst und implementierst zusammen mit dem Team Strategien zur Wertsteigerung (Up
- und Cross-Sell) und Loyalisierung (Churn Prevention und Retention) unserer Kundenbasis für unsere internationalen Märkte
- Du arbeitest KPI- und zielorientiert und findest die beste Balance zwischen Unternehmens
- und Kundenbedürfnissen
- Durch tiefgehende Analysen der Kundendaten identifizierst weitere Potentiale zur Entwicklung unserer Kundenbasis
- Du analysierst und optimierst die Kundenerfahrung anhand des kompletten Customer Lifecycles
**Dein Profil**:
- Your heart beats customer centric
- 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Customer Relationship Management, idealerweise im E-Commerce Umfeld
- Know-how im strategischen und operativen Bestandskundenmanagement
- Du handelst proaktiv und fungierst als Vertreter unserer Bestandskunden
- Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und Allrounder auf deinen Themengebieten
- Du bringst eine Hands-On Mentalität mit und kannst im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit anpacken
- Du denkst analytisch, lösungsorientiert und langfristig und verfügst über eine strategische Herangehensweise
- Exzellente Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse; Italienisch-, Spanisch-, Niederländisch
- oder Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
