**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer support department, ensuring all inquiries, concerns, and issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
- You enjoy resolving complex inquiries and issues, contributing to customer satisfaction and a smooth aftersales process
- You will implement training programs, providing constructive feedback, and conducting performance evaluations to empower your team to succeed.
- You continuously improve existing processes, document them and come up with solutions for more efficiency
- You are the responsible person for our knowledge database & CRM tool Zendesk
- You work closely with the COO, to build a scalable international support organization
**ABOUT YOU**:
- You have professional experience (completed education, internships, etc.), ideally in the field of Customer Success or a similar environment.
- You maintain composure and clarity in stressful and complex situations, creating a positive customer experience for each individual.
- You are keen to take ownership and have ideally worked with CRM systems such as Zendesk or Hubspot before.
- You possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- You are proficient on the computer and like coming up with innovative ideas to grow our customer base.
