Unterstützen Sie unser Vertriebsteam mit Ihrer Expertise als:Technical Outside Sales (m/w/d) ab sofort in unbefristeter Festanstellung am Standort in Wessling oder Remote im Home Office.
**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:
- Sie akquirieren neue Kunden und bauen bestehende Partnerschaften weiter aus. Dabei stehen Sie unserenKunden beratend bei der Lösungsfi ndung zur Seite.
- Sie nehmen die Anforderungen und Rahmenbedingungen von Kundenprojekten auf und erarbeiten mit unseren Produktspezialisten im Technical Sales ein passendes technisches und kommerzielles Angebot.
- Durch einen persönlichen Zugang zu unseren Kunden stellen Sie individuelle Lösungsansätze vor und platzieren passende Produkte bei unseren Kunden.
- Auf Messen und Tagungen erweitern Sie Ihr Netzwerk. Dabei identifi zieren Sie neue potentielle Geschäftsbereiche und sammeln Markt-Feedback rund um unser Portfolio.
- Sie unterstützen und kanalisieren Marketing-Aktivitäten zusammen mit dem Marketing, Kolleg:innen sowie Partnern.
**Ihr Profil**:
- Ihr betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium haben Sie erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Kunden überzeugen Sie mit Ihrer engagierten und umfangreichen Beratung basierend auf mehrjähriger Vertriebserfahrungen technischer Komponenten im B2B-Bereich sowie ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Die Kundenbeziehungen stärken Sie durch Ihre Fähigkeit, andere im persönlichen Gespräch zu begeistern und zu überzeugen, Ihre Selbstorganisation und Ihre Bereitschaft zu persönlichen Besuchen (Reisebereitschaft 50%).
- Sie hinterfragen Ihr Handeln aktiv, refl ektieren dieses im Team und setzen sich gemeinsam zielorientiert für Lösungen und Prozessverbesserungen ein.
- Sie haben Spaß daran, Ihr Wissen immer auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten, und teilen es gern im Team
