Technical Sales Specialist

At Denpaflux GmbH, we are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to drive the sales of our EMC compliance solution and services. This role involves leveraging technical expertise to identify potential customers, pursue new sales opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company and the client.
- Conduct alignment touchpoints with existing customers.
- Offer tailored, additional solution and services packages to customers.
- Understand customer current and future needs to improve Denpaflux's product and service offerings.
- Administer and maintain customer data and feedback in our CRM tool.
- Support sales financial reporting to ensure accurate strategic sales planning.
- Collaborate with the technical and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Extensive expertise in technical engineering processes and tools for electronic product development.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
