**Über die Position**:
Aufgrund der guten Auftragslage bieten wir dir die Möglichkeit bei unserem Partner als **Administrativer Support (m/w/d)** in Frankfurt zu starten. Wir stellen dich bei uns in einem **unbefristeten Arbeitsverhältnis** an und du agierst bei unserem Partnerunternehmen vor Ort. Wir führen den Bewerbungsprozess durch, wende dich bei Fragen gerne an deinen Karrierepartner Tobias Lex bei Academic Work.

**Aufgaben**:

- Du arbeitest mit Partnern, Dienstleistern sowie lokalen & Internationalen Fachabteilugen zusammen
- Du behältst die Kosten im Auge und entwickelst das Programm konsequent weiter
- Du entwickelst Gesprächsleitfäden für Calls
- Du erstellst Reportings und führst Preis
- und Kooperationsverhandlungen durch
- Du unterstützt bei allen administrativen Aufgaben

**Wir suchen**:

- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
- Erste Erfahrung im administrativen Support oder Projektmanagement
- Verständnis für digitale Trends und Technologien

**Von Vorteil ist**
- Erste Erfahrung in einem Callcenter oder im Telemarketing-Umfeld
- Skill: Offenheit, Kontaktfreudigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit

Das Wissen kann über eine Ausbildung, Arbeitserfahrung oder autodidaktisch erworben worden sein.
