This position is located in Lampertheim / Germany and might require occasional trips to the U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt.
**Duties**:
The incumbent is responsible for supporting the Station's Administrative Management Specialist in the performance of administrative duties at USAGM Transmitting Stations Lampertheim and Biblis. The core duties of the Administrative Clerk are related to the Stations’ time and attendance report, preparing memorandums, letters and various official forms for review and management signature, travel arrangements and vouchers. Provides clerical/secretarial support to the Station Manager and Administrative Management Specialist.

EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience in administrative or clerical type work in a professional related environment is required.
- Education Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School or Local Mandatory Schooling and received high school diploma is required.

- English - Fluency in (speaking/reading/writing) is required.
- German
- Good Working Knowledge (speaking/reading/writing) is required.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
