Was erwartet dich?
  • Planung und Implementierung einer neuen, nutzerzentrierten und effizienten Customer-Support-Plattform
  • Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Aktualisierung des Systems, um eine hohe Servicequalität und einen reibungslosen Betrieb zu gewährleisten
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung effizienter Prozesse für das Customer-Support- Center
  • Ergänzender direkter Support für ausgewählte Kunden, Bereitstellung von Onboarding-Tools und kontinuierlicher Support
  • Analyse von Support-Tickets und Kundenfeedback zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung des Customer-Support-Centers
  • Implementierung aller notwendigen Elemente des Customer-Support-Centers: FAQ-Bereich, Video-Tutorials, Webinare, Ticketing-System, ggf. Chat, etc
Was solltest du mitbringen?
  • Du hast ein tiefgehendes technisches Verständnis und Kenntnisse in SaaS-Produkten, -Dienstleistungen und Support-Systemen
  • Du bringst ausgeprägte Projektmanagement Skills mit
  • Bewährte Erfahrung in der Wartung und Verbesserung technischer Systeme
  • Du kommunizierst klar, hast eine gute Ausdrucksweise und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. Eine weitere Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil
