Customer Support Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact between our company, Remote Team Solutions, and our current and potential customers.
This role requires a professional who can effectively manage customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact between the customer and our company, providing timely and effective support.
- Enter customer data into our database in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a professional tone when communicating with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage customer complaints and problems until resolution, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Effectively manage our system for registering orders simultaneously with phone calls and data capture.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on orders as required by customers, ensuring timely resolution.
- Availability of shifts and willingness to transfer to office settings.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Computer management skills and proficiency in English (mainly conversation).
- High School or Bachelor's Degree and a strong commitment to teamwork and problem-solving.
