Germany
My client is seeking an experienced Global Sales Director to lead their Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) division. If you have a proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for renewable energy, we'd love to hear from you
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage global sales strategies for the BESS division.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the sales team and provide guidance and support to achieve their goals.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Extensive experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- German and English fluent
