The Shangri-La Group, a prominent player in the hospitality sector, has evolved from a singular hotel operation into a multifaceted global entity encompassing premium real estate and investment assets, as well as wellness and lifestyle amenities. With a robust presence in Asia, the Group now manages over 100 hotels across four distinguished brands: Shangri-La, Kerry Hotels, JEN by Shangri-La, and Traders. As part of the Kuok Group, a leading multinational conglomerate, we continue to expand into key global markets, establishing our properties in some of the most sought-after locations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Global Sales to develop innovative sales strategies and budgets tailored to various regions.
  • Strategically plan and organize sales meetings and activities to maximize outreach and engagement.
  • Participate in immersive familiarization trips to deepen product knowledge and strengthen client relationships.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of engaging trade shows, exhibitions, and sales missions.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the client database to foster personalized interactions and loyalty.
  • Provide prompt and effective responses to client inquiries, demonstrating exceptional service aligned with organizational standards.
  • Implement tele-sales initiatives and thorough follow-up strategies to cultivate leads and drive conversions.

Qualifications

  • Required - Proficiency in both German and English languages.
  • Preferred - Familiarity with the hotel and travel industry.
