Fixico has astrong presence in the region, and this role is about scaling oursuccess to the next level in one of our most important growthmarkets.
Abouttherole
AsBusiness Development Director DACH, you’ll play a key role indriving Fixico’s growth. This is a high-impact position where youwill spearhead our commercial efforts in the DACH region. You’ll bethe face of the company, leading business development efforts,managing top-tier client relationships, and expanding our marketpresence.
With Fixico’ssolid foundation in place, your focus will be on scaling ourclients base, driving new business, and unlocking furtheropportunities in theregion.
Thisrole offers a unique combination of strategic influence, commercialleadership, and high-level stakeholder engagement. You’ll have theopportunity to shape Fixico’s growth in the DACH region whileworking closely with senior leadership. Regular travel to Amsterdamfor strategic meetings and collaboration with the management teamwill keep you at the heart of key decisions driving our expansionacrossEurope.
Yourresponsibilitiesinclude
Ownand drive growth in the DACH region by managing and expandingrelationships with key enterpriseclients.
Leverageyour network in the rental, fleet, lease, and insurance industriesto identify and pursue new businessopportunities.
Spearheadbusiness development efforts to onboard new high-value accounts andscale our marketpresence.
Leadcomplex consultative sales in a B2B SaaS and platform-basedenvironment, building compelling business cases to demonstrateFixico’svalue.
Actas the face of Fixico in the DACH region, representing the companyin client meetings, industry events, and high-levelnegotiations.
Aligncross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Marketing) to deliverseamless service and meet strategicgoals.
Collaborateclosely with internal teams to refine our onboarding playbook andensure the successful activation of newaccounts.
LeadRFP processes, stakeholder management, and high-level negotiationsto secure long-termpartnerships.
Proventrack record in selling into rental, fleet, lease, and insurancecompanies, with established relationships in thesesectors.
Demonstratedsuccess in complex B2B SaaS enterprise sales, with a focus onnavigating long sales cycles and closing high-valuedeals.
Strongpreference for candidates with experience in scaling businessoperations in the aftersales domain and managing senior externalstakeholders.
Entrepreneurialmindset with a proactive, independent approach to identifying andseizingopportunities.
Exceptionalcommunication and presentation skills, with fluency in German andexcellent command ofEnglish.
Data-drivendecision-maker with a strong grasp of forecasting, budgeting, andperformanceanalysis.
