Tasks

Are you a dynamic and strategic leader with a passion for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships Join our team and take the lead in managing an international sales force where youll have the opportunity to shape our sales strategy inspire a talented team and drive success across key markets.

Your maintask

  • Inspiring leadership of an international team to strategically promote and sell the organizations products and services consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets while aligning with the companys overall sales vision
  • Proactive analysis of market trends future needs and growth opportunities ensuring the team remains ahead of challenges and capitalizes on profit potential
  • Skilled in identifying researching and connecting with new clients building longterm positive relationships that drive future sales and customer loyalty
  • Champion customer feedback and monitor competitor activities enabling quick adaptation to shifting market conditions and evolving customer expectations
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans on an annual quarterly and monthly basis ensuring sustained growth and success
  • Empowering and guiding a highperforming team of 20 professionals across Germany Austria and Switzerland fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven culture
Requirements
  • 510 years of leadership experience managing teams across sales internal sales and technical sales functions
  • Proven expertise in component business service business or comparable business models including distribution and OEM environments
  • Solid project management experience providing valuable support and insights into sales and business operations
  • Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is an added advantage
