Exciting position at Uponor BLD-E
We are looking for motivated Director, Key Account DACH. Your main targets will be to develop account and sales strategy for key specifiers and implement it.
Your primary tasks
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Negotiate framework contracts from volume and legal perspective
- Develop and maintain relationships with key specifiers
- Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty and take corrective actions as needed
- Steer country local KAMs in line with overall account strategy
We expect you to
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field, preferably in construction or indoor climate
- 5+ years of experience in sales or project management
- Self-motivation and the ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
