In der Abteilung Finance & Internal Services sind zentrale Kernfunktionen für Ärzte ohne Grenzen e.V. wie Finanzen (Accounting, Controlling, Procurement), Compliance & Legal (inkl. GDPR), Legacyabwicklung, PMO, Sekretariat und perspektivisch IT/Facilities gebündelt. Zur Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung und des Abteilungsmanagement-Teams laufen in der Advisory & Management Support Unit alle Fäden zusammen - hier werden interne Prozesse, Strukturen und übergeordnete Themen gesteuert, betreut und optimiert damit sich die rund 35 Kolleg*innen und Experten der Abteilung auf ihre Kernaufgaben konzentrieren können.

Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der Advisory & Management Support Unit mit den derzeitigen Schwerpunkten Prozess-, Informations-, Wissens-, und QualitätsmanagementDesign von Strategie-, Jahresplanungs- und Reportingprozessen für die Abteilung sowie Sicherstellung der Kohärenz und fristgerechten Fertigstellung und Dokumentation aller relevanten DokumenteWeiterentwicklung der Effizienz und Effektivität der Abteilung inklusive der Etablierung geeigneter Instrumente zur regelmäßigen Erfolgsmessung und Überprüfung der FortschritteBeratung zu und Steuerung von übergeordneten Themen wie z.B. funktionale Abteilungsstrategie (konzeptionell, operativ, begleitend)Unabhängige Aushandlung und Leitung komplexer Projekte/ Prozesse/ Themen innerhalb der Abteilung oder mit anderen relevanten Teams/ Abteilungen in MSF, inkl. SchnittstellenmanagementEntwicklung arbeitsbezogener Strategien, Konzepte und deren Umsetzung (einschließlich neuer Werkzeuge und Methoden, soweit erforderlich)Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung bei Sonderaufgaben und Projekten durch z.B. Entscheidungsvorbereitungen und Übernahme von anderen dringenden AufgabenFachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Mitarbeiter der Stabstelle, Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines kleinen Teams
