Head of Investment & Asset Manager (m/w/d) Immobilien
Als Head of Investment & Asset Manager (m/w/d) Immobilien sind deine Aufgaben u.a.
  • Monitoring technisch-wirtschaftlicher KPIs und die Ableitung von Maßnahmen
  • Durchführung wirtschaftlicher Analysen für herausragende Investitionsmöglichkeiten sowie für bestehende Immobilien und Anlagen, einschließlich Verwaltungsaufgaben wie Mietanpassungen
  • Erstellung von Marketing- und Investmentunterlagen, einschließlich Investment-Screenings, Unternehmens- und Projektpräsentationen
  • Verhandlungsunterstützung bei der Vergabe von Wartungs- und Serviceverträgen
  • Umsetzung und Ausgestaltung von Budgetvorgaben
  • Mitarbeit und juristische Begleitung in Projekten mit interdisziplinären Teams
  • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kanzleien und Beratern
Dein Profil mit dem du uns begeisterst
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsrecht oder Immobilienwirtschaft mit passenden Spezialisierungen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse in dem Bereich Controlling und Führungserfahrungen
  • Erfahrung mit komplexen Immobilien- und Unternehmensinvestitionen in der Hotellerie oder mit Betreiberimmobilien im In- und Ausland, idealerweise mit selbständiger Prüfung juristischer Aspekte
  • Problemlöser Mentalität und Eigeninitiative in Kombination mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und detailorientierter Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, im besten Fall auch Kenntnisse in Russisch oder Hebräisch

Idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen als Head of Investment & Asset Manager (m/w/d) Immobilien.
