About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Partnership Manager to join our team at Tradedoubler AB. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for forging long-term partnerships with top revenue-driving clients in the fashion, beauty, and home & living industries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Partnership Management: Effectively manage multiple client partnerships to ensure consistent, best-in-class customer service and delivery against key performance metrics.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process to generate pipelines by prospecting new customers and extending our popular customer pool.
  • Seeding Campaign Management: Collaborate with the Influencer Partnerships Manager to select the right influencers for clients' demographics and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Business Opportunity Identification: Analyze the performance of potential customers and identify business opportunities for them using Metapic.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Provide regular feedback to Marketing and Product to improve our customer product experience with Metapic.
  • Partnership Development: Actively seek out profitable partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Strategic Contributions: Help shape the future of Metapic's mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills.
Requirements
  • Proven history of achieving sales success.
  • Ability to identify, understand, and communicate customers' business needs.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to close a deal.
  • True team player contributing to joint success.
  • Native/bilingual level in German and professional level in English.
  • Expertise with social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
  • Good understanding of how advertisers and publishers use digital marketing.
  • Experience with a CRM system, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or others.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Profound knowledge of the European e-commerce and influencer market and relevant enabling technologies.
