Wir suchen ab sofort nach einem kundenorientierten und kommunikativen Sales Representative (m/w/d) im Gebiet Bayern (hauptsächlich rund um Bayreuth, Nürnberg, Ingolstadt, Traunstein und Passau) für den Continence Care Bereich.


Als Sales Representative (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Beratung und den Vertrieb von Continence Care-Produkten und weiteren Serviceleistungen. Sie vertreiben an alle vorhandenen Kunden und akquirieren ggf. neue. Sie bauen intensive und nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf. Ihre Zielgruppen sind Krankenhäuser, Sanitätsfachhändler und Homecare-Unternehmen. Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner unserer Kunden in allen Produktfragen im Bereich Continence Care.

In dieser spannenden Position übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:


Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Verkauf und Verkaufsförderung der Produkte und Services
  • Kundenakquise, Kundenbetreuung und Kundenberatung
  • Team- und Marken übergreifende Kooperation und Kommunikation
  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Umsetzung geschäftsrelevanter Aktivitäten (z. B. Durchführung von Fortbildungsveranstaltungen und ggf. auch Vortragstätigkeit)
  • Verantwortung für eigenes Gebiets-Budget zur Planung und ggf. Umsetzung verkaufsunterstützender Maßnahmen
  • Marketingunterstützung der Kunden
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Verkaufsleitung
  • Betreuung von Messen und Kongressen
  • Teilnahme an Schulungen und nationalen sowie regionalen Tagungen


Ihr Anforderungsprofil

  • Kaufmännische oder pflegerische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder medizinisch/pflegeberuflicher Hintergrund
  • Erste Vertriebserfahrungen vorzugsweise, aber nicht notwendigerweise im Klinikaußendienst Vorzugsweise bereits Kenntnisse im Bereich Kontinenzversorgung
  • Gute betriebswirtschaftliche und analytische Kenntnisse
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Ein hohes Maß an Teamwork, Eigeninitiative, Engagement, Authentizität und verkäuferischer Kreativität
