Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead our Continence Care Business Unit in Germany. As a key member of our European team, you will be responsible for building and executing a go-to-market strategy, driving sales and revenue growth, and developing a high-performing sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the Continence Care Business Unit in Germany
  • Lead a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve sales and revenue growth targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
  • Manage P&L ownership for Sales & Marketing CC business
  • Develop and implement sales force excellence programs to drive efficient and effective use of field resources
  • Deliver financial commitments to optimize short-term performance and long-term growth
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalency
  • Proven sales and marketing leadership experience in the healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of the German healthcare market and system
  • Experience working with homecare companies
  • Hands-on approach and ability to build a new business from scratch
  • Fluent in English and German language
  • Based in Germany, preferably in the Munich area
