About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team as an Area Manager. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand our market share.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to ensure our products remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in a business or scientific discipline or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of demonstrably successful experience as a sales representative in the sales force of a medical technology/pharmaceutical or FMCG company.
  • Ideal knowledge of the diabetes industry and local market conditions.
  • High sales competence as well as communication and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility and strong active listening skills.
  • Very good German and good English skills.
