We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Advanced Wound Care to lead our sales efforts in the West Region: NRW/Hessen .

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales operations in the community sector for advanced wound care products.
  • Drive market share growth in the region to sustain our leadership position in advanced wound care.
  • Manage and mentor a large sales team, ensuring professional and disciplinary guidance.
  • Collaborate with field sales representatives to execute effective sales strategies.
  • Engage in regular travel with team members, providing enthusiastic coaching and support.
  • Analyze market trends and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions.
  • Cultivate relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Promote a positive team environment that prioritizes employee development.
  • Work closely with the RVL and Key Account Team to align efforts.
  • Report directly to the Head of Sales for Advanced Wound Care.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in sales within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical technology industries.
  • Demonstrated success in managing field sales teams.
  • Ambitious and open to professional growth opportunities within the organization.
  • Experience in engaging with healthcare professionals and specialty trade, with a relevant network.
  • Strong understanding of the medical landscape, particularly in advanced wound care.
  • Capable of providing individualized coaching to enhance team performance.
  • Knowledgeable about current health policy trends.
  • Adaptable, reliable, and skilled in modern sales techniques.
  • Proficient in both German and English languages.
  • Familiar with contemporary software tools.
  • Residing within the designated sales region.
