Your Role
Being a Technical Specialist within the Customer Success team, you will provide technical consulting to the Customer Success team, and ensure a relief for the operational departments in concerns of technical request/ subjects addressed by the customers. Furthermore, you will support the Incident Coordinator function, within the local incident process.
You will achive your targets by: raising the efficiency of customer requests processing by providing technical expertise in customer meetings and supporting the team; ensuring a timely response in case of an incident and acting as the main source of support for the Incident Manager; and by ensuring efficient communication with our customers, what is measurable through the internal system (e.g. response time, resolution time and further KPIs).
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or alternatively Master Electrician/Cooling or Master Technician with main focus on electrical systems and equipment Min. 5 years of work experience in Service Support in the Data Center industry with deep technical systems knowledge Fluent in business and technical English and German Expert in technical data center operations (e.g. maintenance, repairs, processes, systems) Skilled in data center industry knowledge Proven Teamwork skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Persistent to solve the customer request/problemBenefits
