Customer Success Specialist for SaaS Platforms

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to enhance client satisfaction throughout the entire journey of our 'Risk Data and Services' (RDS) platform. This role focuses on onboarding and assisting new clients, particularly in the DACH region, with occasional client engagements as necessary.
Your collaboration with our sales and solutions teams will be essential in fostering strong client relationships and driving overall success. You will also partner with Corporate Solutions Insurance account managers to ensure enduring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service and support to encourage product adoption, active engagement, and client satisfaction.
- Play a vital role in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) that assess client success, including usage metrics, satisfaction levels, retention rates, and market growth.
- Work collaboratively across departments with sales, solution development, and support teams to facilitate adoption and expansion.
- Establish and implement efficient processes and workflows to enhance client onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, advocating for their needs within the organization and emphasizing their value.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to continuously improve our client success strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
