We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Interxion. As a Technical Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical consulting to our customers, ensuring a seamless experience and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise to customers, ensuring their technical needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data center operations, with a strong understanding of technical systems and processes.
  • Fluent in business and technical English and German.
  • Expertise in technical data center operations, including maintenance, repairs, and processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
