About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Interxion. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an international environment and dealing with international customers.
- Proven experience in a data center or telecommunication sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high customer focus.
- Fluent in German and English.
