As we broaden our reach beyond our primary market in Germany, we are seeking a committed Customer Success Manager to contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients and nurturing relationships with current clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the existing Customer Success team to optimize workflows.
  • Deploying software solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Evaluating, conceptualizing, and enhancing Customer Success methodologies.
  • Collecting insights through focus groups to foster product development.
  • Working closely with the founders and seasoned team members.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.
  • Organized approach to tasks and problem-solving.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success within a software firm or startup environment.
