About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will provide technical consulting to our customers, ensuring a seamless experience and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise to customers, ensuring their technical needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the Incident Coordinator to ensure timely response to incidents and provide support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our services and processes.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Support in the Data Center industry, with a strong understanding of technical systems and operations.
  • Fluent in business and technical English and German.
  • Expertise in technical data center operations, including maintenance, repairs, and processes.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
