  • Partner Identifizierung & Bewertung: Identifiziere potenzielle Partner, die mit den strategischen Zielen und Zielmärkten von Enpal übereinstimmen. Führe Bewertungen durch, um den potenziellen Wert zu beurteilen.
  • Aufbau von Beziehungen: Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu bestehenden und potenziellen Partnern. Effektive Kommunikation und regelmäßiger Kontakt, um für beide Seiten vorteilhafte Partnerschaften zu fördern.
  • Verhandlungen über Partnerschaften: Führen von Verhandlungen mit Partnern, um Vereinbarungen abzuschließen und sicherzustellen, dass die Geschäftsbedingungen vorteilhaft sind.
  • Aufbau von neuen Geschäftsbereichen: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Steigerung des Umsatzes durch Partnerschaften. Dazu könnten neue Produktgruppen, Absatzmärkte oder Co-Selling Initiativen gehören.
  • Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams wie Legal, Marketing, Tech und Produkt, um Partnerschaftsinitiativen effektiv durchzuführen.
Qualifikationen
  • Proven Track Record: Du hast erfolgreich deinen Bachelor oder Master an einer Top-Tier Uni abgeschlossen und bringst ca. 2-3 Jahre relevante Erfahrung aus schnell wachsenden Unternehmen mit, wie Start-ups, Consulting oder VCs.
  • Entrepreneurship: Du besitzt großes Interesse am Aufbau von Unternehmen und hast einen ausgeprägten Willen Neues zu lernen. Eine eigene Gründung ist ein Plus.
  • Verantwortung: Du hast ab Tag 1 sehr hohe Verantwortungen. Du stellst hohe Qualitätsansprüche an Dich selbst und andere und legst eine Can-Do-Mentalität an den Tag, die andere motiviert.
  • Effektive Kommunikation: Du besitzt eine natürliche Stärke in der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern. Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
