About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Hospitality Partnerships to join our team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our Partnerships team, you will be responsible for leading our partnerships strategy and operations across our Hospitality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy to drive growth and revenue across our Hospitality products.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of partnership managers who will be responsible for managing our product partnerships across multiple point of sale and online ordering platforms.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic partnerships that meet the company's business objectives.
  • Develop and negotiate partnership agreements that meet the company's strategic needs while ensuring mutual benefit to both parties.
  • Manage results with partner companies through regular governance processes.
  • Act as a key source of knowledge and subject matter expertise on market and competitive dynamics.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in partnerships in the point of sale, payments, or hospitality SaaS space.
  • Proven results working across legal, product, and commercial teams.
  • Experience in a global SaaS environment, preferably in a fast-growth and global company.
  • Track record of being able to both set or shape strategy, as well as delivering executional plans that have measurable impact on the business.
  • Experience engaging at an executive level both internally with cross-functional groups and externally with partners.
  • Proven record of leading a diverse, high-performing team across geographical regions and experience building high-performing, inclusive teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability, while also able to collaborate cross-functionally with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
  • Unquestionable ethics, integrity, and business judgment; you share our values and work in accordance with those values.
