The Partnerships Team

We're a fast-paced team that's at the forefront of growing strategic alliances across Trade Republic's product spectrum. We work closely with key stakeholders to identify business opportunities, reduce risk, and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the commercial strategy of our product roadmap, ensuring the commercial viability of our partnerships and strategic projects.
  • Play an active role in the procurement process, including creating RfPs, evaluating bids, and coordinating selection with internal stakeholders.
  • Tackle commercial negotiations, supported by financial and operational models, to deliver actionable recommendations to Management.
  • Assess and prioritize opportunities to diversify revenue streams and increase profitability in line with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain models to stress-test the resilience of our partnerships and work towards immunizing them against single points of failure.
  • Conduct competitive research to ensure we lock-in the best possible collaborations across our industry.
  • Manage relationships with our partners' ecosystem, escalating needs and understanding partners' to drive synergies in joint ventures and ensure observance of targets and service-levels.
Requirements
  • Top-tier university graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (high growth startup, leading management consulting firm, private equity fund, or investment bank).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Genuine attention to detail and ability to work with data to support decisions.
  • Ability to break complex problems into smaller ones and draw clear conclusions and formulate efficient action plans.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly both internally and externally, with a client-first mentality.
  • Ability to run commercial discussions effectively and define negotiation strategies to meet objectives.
  • Ability to make a bullet-proof business case and convince others to help execute.
  • Ability to keep cool under pressure and interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels.
  • Curious by nature, motivated self-starter, and caring about making an impact.
  • Results-driven and focused on delivering outcomes.
