Your tasks
- Ensure full transparency in the Mining Market and support the sales organization and management with comprehensive evaluation and reports about changes, potentials and relevant events.
- Continuously identify and track further potential target market segments and evaluate their attractiveness focusing on our growth areas Sustainability, Electrification and Digitization.
- Analyze the competitive situation of hydrodynamics and other drive solutions in the relevant markets.
- Initiate and implement business development and innovation projects supporting the product management and sales team.
- Initiate, develop and coordinate marketing campaigns and specific activities like brochures, sales presentations, exhibition models as well as internal and external information through different channels.
- Take charge of creating strategic decision templates for management and sales.
- Manage and continuously develop the Hydrodynamic Couplings Product Management SharePoint site as the main information source for the global sales teams.
- Actively support and further develop training activities.
Your profile
- Aboveaverage degree in the field of industrial engineering, business administration/commerce with a technical component or engineering with a business component.
- Knowledge of or interest in the mining industry and with drive technology.
- Experience in business development as well as market research/intelligence methodology.
- Additional experience in marketing and communications work with technical products are a plus.
- International experience is favorable.
- Strong analytical as well as communication skills and fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- High degree of personal responsibility and high capacity for teamwork.
