About the Job

We are looking for a Business Development Engineer to join our team at the Voith Group. As a Business Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure business success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
