Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to support our Group Division Turbo in the EMEA region.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing regional strategies to expand new business in the oil & gas and energy sectors, as well as for future industrial applications.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop complex projects in new construction and the electrification of turbine-driven powertrains.
  • Acquire new customers and build business relationships in the "white spot areas" in EMEA.
  • Conduct market analyses to identify growth areas in new applications such as hydrogen, decarbonization, digitalization, and electrification.
  • Develop business relationships with industry-relevant stakeholders and generate industry knowledge to be translated into future development fields.
  • Influence decisions early in favor of Voith technologies through close collaboration with relevant business partners.
  • Reflect customer feedback within the Voith organization to drive the customer-oriented alignment of the company.
Your Profile
  • You have a Master's degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable course from a recognized university.
  • You have several years of technical sales experience in the energy or oil & gas industry and a corresponding network in the industry.
  • You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
