About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Engineer to join our team at the Voith Group. As a Business Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans
- Monitor and analyze business performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Education and Training
