We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our Group Division Turbo as a Sales & Business Development Manager EMEA. This role will involve implementing regional strategies to expand new business in the oil & gas and energy sectors, as well as for future industrial applications.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth in the EMEA region.
  • Identify and acquire new customers, building strong business relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct market analyses to identify growth areas in new applications such as hydrogen, decarbonization, digitalization, and electrification.
  • Develop business relationships with industry-relevant stakeholders, generating industry knowledge to inform future development fields.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to influence decisions in favor of Voith technologies.
  • Reflect customer feedback within the Voith organization to drive customer-oriented alignment.
Your Profile
  • You have a Master's degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field from a recognized university.
  • You have several years of technical sales experience in the energy or oil & gas industry, with a strong network in the industry.
  • You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
