Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Manager to optimize our commercial processes and drive efficiency within our sales organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to collaborate across teams to achieve common goals. This role is critical in supporting our commercial team to maximize revenue and streamline operations. You can work from any Uponor location.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and maintain the sales CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to establish sales quotas, targets, and territories, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Support sales forecasting and planning processes, providing input and analysis to help accurately predict future sales performance.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on key initiatives.
  • Implement and manage sales technology tools and platforms to support sales automation, lead management, and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall sales productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, sales operations, sales support, or related roles.
  • High proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), as well as Microsoft Excel and other business analytical tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, territory management, and quota setting processes.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
