Key Responsibilities- Prepare and improve reports and dashboards requested by Management
- Ensure good data quality by constantly reviewing the CRM data based on defined criteria
- Provide proactive data support to management
- Manage the sales process and CRM – Salesforce Administration
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel
- Participate in sales meetings to identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements
- Support the commercial organization – daily business
- Main contact person for internal colleagues regarding CRM system user issues and questions
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in a back-office or detail-orientated role: finance, banking, commercial operations, customer service, sales support, etc.
- Openness to familiarizing yourself with our CRM System and its customizations
- Solid knowledge of common Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
